The Appiatse Redevelopment Project aimed to provide housing solutions for the victims affected by the mining explosion in that area. The explosion resulted in significant devastation, displacing families and leaving them without adequate shelter. Builders.Com Limited was selected as part of the contractors tasked to construct both 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom houses to accommodate the displaced families.

The Project Objectives were to provide safe and comfortable housing for the victims of the mining explosion, to contribute to the restoration and revitalization of the community and to enhance the overall well-being and quality of life for the affected families through the provision of sustainable housing.
