The purpose of the Ghanaian government in establishing the Accra STEM Academy was to promote Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education in Ghana, particularly among the youth, as part of a broader strategy to prepare the country for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and a technology-driven global economy.
